Rushcutters bay is a harbourside park, located only 10 minutes from the CBD. With stunning views of the water and greenery surrounding the Tennis courts and the Bartley room, it breaks away from the usual corporate meeting room. Why not initiate your business or celebrate that special someones birthday, in the relaxing and picturesque surroundings of Rushcutters Bay Park.

The Bartley Room

The room has multiple functionality when designing and presenting an event. The Bartley room can arranged to cater for any type of function, including corporate events, community events, birthday parties, Christmas parties, sports presentations, fitness classes, anniversary or christening celebrations etc. We can assist with room set up, catering and decorating to a specific theme.

**10% Surcharge on events booked for a Public Holiday.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Full Payment must be finalised seven (7) days prior to event.

Please note: The grandstand seating and grass area is NOT part of the Bartley Room hire.

Placement of Marquees or inflatables are strictly forbidden on the grassed area or entrance of the Grandstand. The area is designated for all community users and cannot be cordoned off for private function use.
