Why Our School Holiday Tennis Camps Matter For Families In Rushcutters Bay
The school holidays can be a logistical challenge. You want your child active, learning, and looked after — without stress on either side. Our tennis camp is built around that reality.
Structured around the national ANZ Hot Shots framework, each week gives children a safe, consistent environment where they develop physical coordination, focus, and confidence — with the tennis court as the classroom.
Children are grouped by age and ability, so the pace always suits them. Beginners play with beginners. Kids who’ve played before are grouped with others at their level. Wherever possible, we keep friendship groups together.
For parents, this means a predictable routine: drop off at 9:00 AM, pick up at 3:00 PM, five full days of purposeful activity. After-care is also available until 6:00 PM.
What Other Parents Say
Tennis is better when it’s shared. Here’s what the Rushcutters Bay community has to say about their experience on and off the court.

Our Camp Approach
We keep camp practical, energetic, and structured so kids stay engaged.
We start camp by getting kids comfortable, then grouping them with peers so they can progress together across the week. Staying with their group helps build confidence and momentum.
Camp kicks off with skills and drills, focusing on the building blocks kids need at their level.
As confidence grows, we move into point play, games, and matchplay so kids learn how to use their skills in real situations, not just in isolation.
Kids get regular breaks, including recess and lunch, plus drink intervals to stay hydrated.
The afternoon includes multi-sport games to keep energy high and support overall coordination and movement.
Each camp week finishes with a complimentary Friday BBQ and a round robin tournament, with trophies and prizes.
